these days animals arent that safe to eat raw unless you pay a lot for it to be good meat, people have found parasites becteria and fungus on meat
I dont support entirely vegan diet but vegetables ( with good nutritient) and cooked meat are better for this generation of people

Because you've been domesticated you're not living like a wild human anymore you're addicted to cooked food which is a drug. Cooking denatures the meat and creates addictive compounds like Maillard toxins and tricks your brain into thinking it's food raw meat is real food the reason you don't crave it is because you're disconnected from nature, malnourished and poisoned by modern life your instincts are broken

True, I never said we lived off fruits, but carbs are good, glycogen is essential for us, long term ketosis could be a problem
