how I went from freshman bloatcel

To mtb naturally

DISCLAIMER
I still consider myself below average and I’m still looking into some hardmaxes in the future but it’s obvious that I’m more “attractive” than I was 2 years ago.
Diet
I consider diet to be the most important overlooked part of a glow up. I’ve cut out dairy, gluten, artificial food dyes and limit my intake of unnatural sugars and soy. It might be difficult at first and all people are different when it comes to how our body handle certain ingredients but I would look into cutting out food seem to break your skin out or make you look bloated. I know everyone talks about drinking water but drinking the correct amount of water for your weight is so important. I often see people suggest to drink more/less water than someone needs. Google how many ounces of water you should drink depending on your weight.
Supplements/Vitamins
Another unrated way to ascend is taking supplements. I might make another post about this if anyone is interested. I take zinc, C, b12, copper and allergy meds lol. When I forget to take them my skin looks dull and I feel overall worse throughout the day.
Skin
There are many other posts that go into this so I’m not going into detail about this. If you are following my diet your skin should start to get more glowy and even overtime. My skincare routine is a salicylic acid cleaner in the morning and at night benzoyl peroxide cleanser. I use 0.25% tretinoin and winlevi to help with hormonal acne. I use Nivea cream and aloe as my moisturizer and biore uv aqua sunscreen which has helped fade all my dark spots. For my eye area since sadly my infras are recessed like 90% of the population i use extra moisturizer there to somewhat help.
Hair
Something that carries me is my hair health. I get it bleached once a month but it’s still shiny and healthy. There are many other posts that go into hair health and style so I won’t go into it that much. I do use olaplex shampoo and conditioner for hydration and once a week I use amika hair mask. It’s so important how you style your hair. I like to tease my hair for more volume since I have a small head and low cranial top.

also if anyone wants a makeup routine or any other questions I can make a part two.
