The average looksmax guru on Tik Tok will tell you to drink as much water as possible (3-4L + per day)

Now..

You should only drink when you’re thirsty and make sure your urine is NEVER clear. It should always have a light yellow tone to it. (not too dark btw)

Unless you’re exercising like some athlete or sweating your balls off in a sauna. You probably don’t need to drink so much water..

And let's be real we don't care much about health, we would rather have a chiseled face.
