“I am so asymmetrical”

No you are not, you FEEL asymmetrical.

The chance that your bones are asymmetrical is around 1%, most people instead suffer from a bad POSITIONING of bones.

This positioning is influenced by the soft tissues:
- Fascia
- Muscles
- Sutures
- Ligaments
- Tendons
and so on

I strongly believe:
tightness = stagnation of energy

A tight muscle means that muscle is low in energy.

The time when the human body is lowest in energy is when it’s dead, all the energy has left the body by then.

Rigor Mortis

Rigor mortis[a] (Latin: rigor "stiffness", and mortis "of death"), or postmortem rigidity, is the fourth stage of death. It is one of the recognizable signs of death, characterized by stiffening of the limbs of the corpse caused by chemical changes in the muscles postmortem (mainly calcium).”When a person dies their body will stiffen up completely, because stiffness is stagnation of energy.

For the science nerds: due to ATP not being produced anymore nothing will pump the calcium ions out of the cell which causes the calcium to build up in the muscle and become stiff.

It takes more energy for your body to keep a muscle loose than it is to flex it.

An answer against tightness (and asymmetries) is increasing the flow of energy.

Start off with some basic sunlight, grounding, topical magnesium, light movement, hydration and letting go off stress.

Blood dont move muscle dont move

Blood cold and hard muscle cold and hard

No need to overcomplicate

Bodybuilder muscle have a lot of energy but they very stiff

its a constant battle

spirit and flesh

spirit inside of flesh

when trying to lay down you can never seem to get the right posture, neck feels asymmetric, choked hand circulation

after people die they say they feel less heavy, that the mass of the flesh is very heavy, this world is heavy upon them

but in videogames people will pay to feel heavy, the G-FORCEs

people will pay cash to feel a realistic feeling of an arrow to the knee in a VR game, but will pay cash money for knee armor IRL

why asymmetry causes disgust, is because your eyes and ears synergize to the world plane to determine the up orientation

asymmetry throws a sabot into the mix, by making the eyes and ears struggle, may cause vertigo, confusion, nausea

mild asymmetry can actually enhance beauty, only after a certain threshold does it cause nausea
