uneven eyelids?

i have is there a way to fraud or to "fix" uneven eyelids without surgery? i have very hooded eyelids and sometimes i notice that one eye will have more than the other (which i can then adjust temporarily). it's not like the most obvious thing in the world but it's always bugged me.
