How to theoretically grow the mandible with research chems theoretically

ventromorphins

these were studies and reported back to quickly increase SMAD1/5/8 phosphorylation and induce osteoblastic differentiation in C2C12 cells according too https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28787124/

Triazolo
its a more recent class of research chems and they call it a bmp aplifier, its like a secretagogue for the bmp ligang that enhances and keeps bmp-smad signaling when theres already activity in it so taking ventomorphin with it can definetly increase mandible size theoretically

Phenamil
this one is the most direct small molecule, on a test on a rat whos mandible was small it enhanced bmp-2 bone formation.

the problem so far: its only tested on rats and theres no safe amount to take for better mandible growth in humans. so far theyve seen mandible growth at 300-600um in a rat experiment. theres no destined human trial
YET (maybe i should sign up for the trial when it comes JFL)

This is a medium effort post
Pls rep boyos
Good luck on your ascension

This isn't possible in humans.

Rat study for phenamil measured bone formation within a critical sized mandibular defect (a hole cut into the bone). The chemicals were implanted directly into the wound. Only the gap was filled no real "growth" occurred here.

Thats still growing either way you put it and it can be used for mandibular growth in the future
If you read the bottom I spoke about how it’s only available for rat testing and there’s no human usage on it YET
