Serious update on alcohol and addiction

saturday night i was drunk near my home at a bus station w somebody holding a cig well my foster mom somehow found me n the person she took a pic then said lets go. well yea at home they screamed at me telling me ill be getting kicked out tomorrow (sunday) for several hrs then i went to sleep in the morning she didnt talk to me at all my foster dad was cold then we talked abt it for 4 hrs outcome i had to stay in the living room the whole day yd and my main phone got taken (i have a secret phone but i can only use it whilst being in my room so i had no chance to text anyone) besides im grounded for who knows how low well yd i behaved i cooked i cleaned im trying to be as sweet as possible so this hell eill end or im acc gonna go away to a friends house who lives 5 hrs away for a while.

im on it we signed for therapy yd besides i still gotta show my parents my scars they still dk i didnt drink yd or smoke its rlly hard to resist but im trying my best to instead of my usual evening cig ill try to distract myself by working out my arms i aswell signed up for tennis training i AM actively seeking help but its hard to when ur mom thinks its all for attention
