Since I’ve posted I have been doing less due to Chronic pain flares but i’m still working out and moving my body plus eating right! I think the change is slow but still there. Any advice is welcome!

I’m thinking about getting my hair dyed a honey strawberry blonde
I am also considering growing my hair out long and getting layers, though I do love my bangs (I’m keeping those)
I also got stuff for my eyebrows to regrow and thicken em out and trust me I stopped over plucking them I know it’s a bad habit
