Didn’t get much feedback on my last post, so trying again. Any skin care or hairstyle recommendations or natural ways of progressing what I’ve already done. Weight loss so far has been around 80lbs im 143 want to get around 130-125 lol not trans

Since then I’ve had to slow down a bit because of chronic pain flares, but I’m still lifting when I can, staying active, and eating well. Progress feels slow, but I think it’s heading in the right direction.

Current plans:
• Thinking about dyeing my hair a honey strawberry blonde.
• Growing my hair out long with layers. Keeping the bangs though, they’re staying.
• Started using products to regrow and thicken my brows. And yes… I’ve stopped over-plucking them. I know, I know bad habit .

Mltb but in 3/4 lltb

Biggest gains from here are your brows and hair imo.

I'd let the brows grow back fully and get them shaped, then keep growing your hair out. Honey strawberry blonde would suit you really well, but I could also see dark purple looking good.

Your eyes are easily your best feature and your skin already looks solid. Just stay consistent with the cut and you'll ascend nicely.

Yes, I actually have a pool so I’m very thankful for that and I do try to swim as much as possible. I had a back injury a few years ago (big reason I lost weight) and ever since then I’ve had a lot of issues with pain. Plus I’m hyper-mobile and there’s just a lot, no need to get into it. Thank you for the advice I really appreciate it

No worries, and thanks for explaining. Sounds like you're already doing one of the best things for it. Hope things keep improving.

I’m posting them for a reason I swear cause if you go back to one of my posts, I have a photo of me in the same bikini. I’m trying to see if I look different cause I can’t tell.

Congrats sis, but :

1/ You should delete your bikini pics and so edit your thread. Theres few weirdos lurking around so i recommend you to not post any bikini, ideally clothed, especially if it's to show belly area fat loss.

2/ Grow your hair long & brunette, with layers & bangs, grow your brows back thick

Imo you look your best on this pic

So you can try to keep this hairstyle and glasses improve your eyes area.

3/ For your fat loss, stick to your normal long-term caloric deficit combined with +7k daily steps to burn extra calories.

I presume if you have inflammation flare-ups it's due to a disease ?
If possible to reduce flare-ups pain you can try omega 3s, vitamin E and collagen.

You can try exercises alternatives like low impact cardio like rucking, bike, stationary bike or air bike, yoga, pilates and training abs. Also maybe consider joints training.

Collagen doesn’t work for me! I have HEDS and collagen supplements make no difference everything else you listed I am taking!
I’ll edit the post. The only reason I was posting them was so I could get advice cause I really wasn’t getting much.
I really need to muscle up a bit but lifting is tricky with my back I’m working on resistance bands and swimming but the flares have me stopping a lot

And also yes I’m looking into reformer Pilates!! I’ve heard they are fantastic for people with my condition plus my doctor recommended it.

I have HEDS
That sucks. Have you tried Chondrotoin sulfate supplements ? It's a derivative of collagen and used on arthrosis patients with pretty good results.

Also do you get like Nandrolone Decanoate or/and BPC-157 injections on joints for healings ? Or just corticosteroids stuff like that ?.

Have you tried working out only doing isometrics movements ?
It isn't meta but from anecdotal evidences it stiffen tendons and joints and improve muscle mass

I do a lot of the iso metric in physical therapy I haven’t done any injections. I’ve done trigger point injections for my back and I’ve had two epidurals I do take Chondrotoin sulfate as well. But due to insurance, I’ve had to stop physical therapy because I was going too much lol so I had to take a break
