do whatever makes you feel confident, but, in my opinion the old hair color was a lot better, but its up to you to decide. now i would focus on losing bf %, your first goal should be around 15%, see where u wanna go from there.

you’ve got good cheekbones and eyes, but i think that they are a little asymmetrical. start sleeping on your back and if you have a muscle imbalance in your jaw, start fixing that too by chewing gum on the weaker side (dont overdo, start off with 20 minutes a day max.)
