Upper eyelid exposure fix?

my right eyelid is starting to become more and more exposed. My left eyelid is decent but I don’t want to be able to see them. Any fixes?IMG_0786.jpeg
 
eyelid pulling and ice hooding keep doing that and also maybe surgery
