Temporary Upper Lip Fullness Method (2 Minute Routine)

This is an easy routine that will make your upper lip appear fuller/protruding for a short amount of time, without any injections or unecessary drama. You will mainly be stimulating blood flow, hydration, and an evenly smoothened surface to the upper lip, so it mainly serves as preparation right before taking pictures or going out in public, when your lips are feeling a bit swollen/flat/dry.

Warm Water Activation

The first step is to run warm water over your upper lip for 20/30 seconds or so, until you start noticing your skin getting a bit soft. Warm water will also stimulate blood flow to the area, making the skin slightly redder/pinkier. Avoid using very hot water, as it will leave your lips feeling dry and irritated afterwards, which is definitely not what you want. This is the main reason why you should avoid really hot showers/baths before touching your upper lip, because it will have the exact same effect.

Light Moisture Layer

After you have finished the previous step, leave a thin layer of water on your upper lip. By doing this, you make sure that the next step will not produce any unnecessary friction and irritation

. The main point is to have your upper lip slightly moist, but not soaked/drenched.

60 Second Brushing Phase

Using a soft enough toothbrush, brush over your upper lip in small circles for roughly 60 seconds, with very light pressure. The primary point of this step is to lightly buff/polish the upper lip, and not to exfoliate it, because that would cause irritation, dryness, and overall damage. Make sure to spend most of your time brushing over the middle part of your upper lip and the Cupid's Bow, since those are the main "protruding" parts of your upper lip. After you are done, make sure that your upper lip is not feeling sore/red/rubbed, but rather pinker/smoothened.

Once you are done with this step, you can proceed to the next one immediately.

Hydration Lock In

Apply a thick coat of any petroleum jelly/lip balm to the upper lip, in order to lock in hydration and allow the previously done steps to give an extra boost of fullness/protrusion. This will also help your upper lip retain its natural shine and smoothness, as an additional bonus.

Let It Set

Let the petroleum jelly/balm set for 30 seconds/1 minute, and you should see your upper lip looking slightly shinier/smooth on the surface, and more full/protruding in the middle part, right after you finish this step. You can now reapply the petroleum jelly/lip balm, if you want to intensify the effect even more.

What To Expect

The final result will be short-term and subtle, but it should give your upper lip an extra bit of fullness/protrusion for roughly 15-60 minutes, depending on the products you are using. This should be enough for most people, in my opinion, since it is definitely not something that is meant to last for hours/days.

idk why i wrote this thread in such a strange way im js trying smt different
