Using topical vitamin c with supplement vit c

Yeah but does topical vitamin c affect the liver? Also like I said topical vitamin c doesn't function as an oxidation it just kills melatonin cells and fight hyperpigmentation so it works in a completely different way from oral.
There’s no way for something to target a specific type of cell, so it’s likely causing other damage in the body

Yeah but topical vitamin c has been studied by many dermatologist so I feel they would've found something unless u mean it could go to you're liver and cause damage or excess oxidation
Then just go for that and don’t take the Vit C supps. Supplements generally don’t work as well

Yeah I was advocating for taking both since they affect different things, also the bioavailability of vit c supplements are perfect for its uses since it's not too much. Either way though topical is probably better for general purposes anyway so your right
