Haven't been up to much this year. Besides working and pretty much isolating myself.
Been grinding, ascending hard. Got rated hmtn-lhtn a few weeks ago.
Very soon it'll be time to test how I truly stand attraction wise IRL.
Will be attending uni under a month, there's gonna be this social gathering stuff to meet fellow students in my year.
Gonna go on some weekend trip and lots of others stuff/parties for this uni intro. I'll either approach women or see if any make the first move..
Best way to know whether I have truly ascended or not.

1:1 neck to jaw width, will need about 15.75-16 inches for that. Currently sitting at 15 inches circumference.
		 
	
Some more eyebrow thickness and somehow fix my slight uee with volufiline (might be cope)
eyelashes have grown alot on topical minoxidil which is nice
		 
	
More size in my arms, already have a very similar build.
Around 15 inch arms flexed no pump to look decent in T-shirts. Will be working on this.. (currently 13.5 inches flexed)

What I've focused on?
Getting to 12% bodyfat.
The way I've gotten there might not be the best, borderline starved myself to 12% bodyfat ish.
But I got there regardless and face is chiseled now.
Recently began lean bulking to improve frame while staying shredded.

I improved my skin aswell, recently went to a dermatologist and they couldn't rlly help me any further.
Still have slight acne scars that is only slightly bad under some lighting..
Gonna keep working on it.

They're pretty thick now, and probably one of my better features. They used to be very thin.
		Have incorporated some neck training over the weeks.
Neck has grown to 15 inches from pencil tier in the last few weeks. Only thing still holding me back tbh.
Might be able to squeeze inch or half in the next 3 weeks.
