it was but now I am just curious what vitamins do to ur body
Essentially 4 things:

- build and repair shit (cells, wounds, etc.)
- produce energy (convert food into energy)
- protect health
- regulate systems

They are very low ROI (return on investment) to supplement unless you are SUPER deficient for some reason, just have a good diet and you'll be fine, even if you DON'T have a good diet they still tend to be low roi to supplement
