Maybe use kojic acid and caffiene for eye area other than that you're probably maxxed out

You're not mtb you look higher from front it would brighten up the eye area and help with any eyebags you might have

i do agree. i was still kinda bad during 14-early 15, but was mostly due to bloat and poor eyebrow shape. also idk if black would suit me

Your face shape is very neotenous too
