Hi guys, I'm 17F, genuinely my whole fyp is just bp and I've seen people make some real progress so I'm hoping to also level up and take care of myself. I want strategies like lymphatic drainage and debloating methods and maybe like working out motivation in general. I'm 5'8 and around 128 lbs so I'm happy with my body but I want to improve my face! I don't have the official looksmaxx photos and whatnot but I have these so please let me know if you can where you'd rank me now and what potential I have 🙏

u can debloat doing this stuff
cutting out carbs and sodium cause they make u bloated ash when u go to sleep
sweating is pretty underrated if your about to go to a meeting or on a date go on a morning run you will literally debloat so fast or you can go in a sauna
 
awww you're gorgeous! honestly if you're willing to spend a little bit of money i go to an esthetician for a lymphatic drainage massage every three months or so, above post is very true also^^ we have similar cheekbones and i find placing my blush a little higher up gives a more balanced look to my face but thats really down to personal pref, your hair looks really healthy as well. as far as working out, a little core circuit goes a long way, if you don't have the stamina to go for long runs try an intro to pilates class
