why is this?
my theory is that low t men are becoming more popular with the rise of birth control, women tend to prefer more feminine faces therefore the jaw is less relevant than ever before.
How can we use this to benefit ourselves?

for eye lashes i would recommend going step by step. if it doesnt work, go to the next step. if you have VERY strong lashes already start 1, if they are giga weak just use 3 then 4.

2 - lash serum
3 - oral minoxidil
4 - latisse (last because it can fuck up your eye area if applied wrong)

- completely dense, 0 thinning
- as straight as possible
- as low set as possible
- slight positive tilt
- dark
how can you achieve this look? before you start cutting you will need GROW
- topical minoxidil
- derma rolling
on to cutting
I would recommend that you show this exact picture to a professional for the job, pay good money for it cause you will need it just once
explain to her what you are going for; not thin, not overdone, very subtle. These people are used to cutting womans or gay mens eyebrows so you must explain to her that you arent gay. You can make a remark like "my girlfriend told me to come here, my eyebrows look unkept"
right after youre done getting it cut now its time to dye them dark, the darker your natural eyebrow color is the darker you can get away with. just dont do jet black unless it matches your hair.
all you have to do now is keep the eyebrows groomed. Stop the use of oral minox and any topical solutions
take a picture of the finished result to have a reference
you must pluck out (takes longer to grow back this way) stray hairs every week, it will be easy with a reference image and the new hairs will come out as a different color anyways
