I went up to 139lbs (63kg) last night and was lowkey flipping out because I've never hit that high, but I tried again this morning and I went back down to 136.5 which is my max fluctuation monthly (I normally go from 132-136 depending on the time of month) so it might have been a scale glitch or something

I have been eating a lot of goyslop lately and not listening to fullness cues though. so...easy fix :modcheck: I hope

most likely, I gain a considerable (? idk 3-4 pounds) amount of weight before it starts and it all drops off in the week after my period
ironically I can usually counter it by drinking more water

I am a BIT concerned because I shouldn't be gaining for another week or so but again my eating habits have been suboptimal so I need to fix that and maybe hit the gym

how tall are you
175cm
or 5'9

and like I KNOW it's fine/healthy but I don't like not having my weight maintained at the level I like it

I know but I don't like not having my weight the way I like it. like I know it's fine but gah

I can't imaging not eating for a day, I will go work out and eat mainly protein though, with lots of water

Don't track daily weight. There's too much noise in the data. Track 7 day averages instead. I've had cases where I ate a lot of goyslop and the next day my weight shot up like 2-3 lbs above normal, but it subsided quickly.
