I have lost 14 kg since june, and I am only losing more. I was 67.5 kg in june and now I am 53 kg. I have had to go from size 38 to size 33 in jeans but I have also gone from 75C to 70A in bras I used to love my boobs but now it's one of my biggest insecurities. Idk what i can do about it, probably nothing, but its so annoying and all i want is my old boobs back with my new legs and belly

Try birth control, I was on it for a month and noticed a difference. It caused then to get very swollen. You could try do to chest/arm workouts, if you increase muscle in those areas it could lift them a bit. Always use moisturizer to maintain and improv skin tightness. If you smoke nicotine, stop. It rapidly decreases skin tightness and causes sagging. Hope that may help a bit. Unfortunately theres not a lot you can do to improve them naturally.
