Try to be in a calorie deficit and do moderately intense physical activities like jogging and lifting. Can't promise you'll lose 21 pounds in 2 weeks because it's highly unrealistic but you'll be in the way of being fit physically. Mark solution

Im 15, I know i sound morbidly obese but most of its...uhm...genetic yk.
Eat 1200 calorie per day, try eating enough Fiber so you Are Full. Same with Protein. You dont have to Focus on moving/exercising. If you wanna eat more move more though, dont focus on supplements they dont work except please your Hunger. Nothing can increase your mbr enough for u to loose weight. Drink water to get Full. Dont Focus on your Daily Focus on your Weekly averege, Take supplementstion for Vitamins and Minerals. You dont wanna loose weight u wanna Loose fat, you Are Not big boned. the laws of thermodynamics cant be broken so you cant Blaim genetische. Sry for assumptions but your boyfriend Sounds lweird

I went from like being like 150 for a year or so to 125 within 2 weeks of locking in, and then went back up to 131 within a month and I cant gain again

I mean sure then decrease the calorie Even more and move more, its just from experience, i assume you did intermediäre Fasting

I ate a 100cal meal once a week actually, mostly carb and protein, like rice cake with low cal strawberry yogurt and 5 blueberries!!or my favorite shredded cucumber and carrots its like 53 cals for a bowl
