trvke, id say youd need to be a r****d to OD on dnp or clen but everyone heres retarded
They're unpredictable compounds, even dosed properly they're still dangerous. 9/10 times someone who's used either drug with say it was a horrible experience, outdated slop gymbros can't let go of for some reason

I lost 12kg / 26.5lbs in 3 and a half months over summer last year by doing 10-20k steps daily, prioritising weightlifting to keep metabolism and muscle mass high, tracking cals with myfitnesspal, and eating high fiber foods to keep me full for longer.

I'm a guy but it should also work for women.

Try rebuilting your eating habbits. I had lost a lot of weight and I was also skinny fat and I managed to get a toned body that I never had in my life. What helped me was minimizing carbs(P.S. I have PCOS so this was a must for me) and eating smaller regular meals to keep my metabolism hight all the time and yogurt with honey for dinner. My dinner and the first meal of the day were at least 12 h apart. Also exercise is a must. Built muscles to burn more calories. And for me when I was doing my lower body workout I did my cardio after the weight training. This helped me burn fat in targeted areas.
