I’m a male (17), 142 lbs, and 6’0 ft.

What can I do to gain weight efficiently?

I’m active 6 days a week, playing basketball and running track.

How many calories should I be downing?

Anything helps!
 
Eat nuts. (don't take it the wrong way tho)
Salted Peanuts have a lot of calories.
Weight training might help.
