There is NO ways you lose weight "asap", you'll just crash your metabolism with starvation.

Depending on your normal calories daily intake, at 54kgs, yeah 1000-1300 calories seems to be a good start, especially if you was around ~2000 calories daily.

Make sure to make it nurients dense to avoid microdeficiencies
