yeah. Probably the most optimal, but it depends on who uses it
Exercise rotation, etc. u have to know how to train
 
For hypertrophy. I don’t care about strength, time management, etc. I just purely want muscle growth.
Full body 2 to 3 times per week, focusing on going stronger (progressive overload) on compound movements (muscle growth is a byproduct of strength, for natural lifters)

Progressive overload, frequency & lifting close to failure are what's triggering muscle growth.

Just do one exercise per muscle and alternate during the week (example day 1 : Dips & rows, day 2 : incline presses and pull-ups) and do volume isolations only on small muscles like side delts, neck and forearms
