not that big of an issue you could get a sliding genioplasty to make it looks less protruding in relation to your chin if you really wanted to

why would you get filler, the issue isnt your lips beign too small its your upper lip being overly protruding

they’re really thin from the front bc they go inwards i like the look of bigger lips idk
