for example, biting nails - which is something i do a lot.. or really low water intake
are there any u realized were affecting u over time because I have a lot of bad habits

Get lots of vitamin c, I eat an orange almost everyday it seems to help reduce wrinkles and helps with acne, I pick at my face a lot and vitamin c seems to help reduce the bleeding and scabbing on my face. If I dont eat an orange I eat potatoes or an apple.

Scrunching it by making certian expressions, eating foods that encourage inflammation and aren't nutritionally dense, not washing it properly or using moisturizer, using too many skin products, no sunscreen, being dehydrated and dirty pillows or touching it too much

how much water should someone drink in a day, some people say it’s based on ur height but others say everyone should have 3L per day
It differs, if you drink when you're thirsty then you're fine, more water is probably better though, I hardly drink any water or fluids.

As long as you drink a cup or two more than you're thirsty for you'll be good, it depends on your height and BMI

Sleeping on your side- uneven eyes (one more closed than the other) Water retention will be shifted more on one side than the other NOT BONE ffs
Drinking high in sugar drinks- Puffiness
Refined carbs-Puffiness
Not enough water-Puffiness
No sunscreen (optional, idk your skin situation)
Touching face too much- dirt on skin -> breakouts

sunscreen? maybe in high uv rays area or maybe in the afternoon but u do need sun exposure without sunscreen in the morning at least
sleeping on back? is cope doesn't do shit
high sugar drinks?, yes true its bad
refined carbs? does result in puffiness true
not enough water?, maybe not a big deal
touching ur face too much? maybe again the main cause of acne breakout is ur gut health

By sleeping on my back I didnt mean it'll fix assymetry entirely, I'm talking about IRL experience. One of my eyes was more closed than the other because I used to sleep on that side. When I stopped doing that it fixed itself

The rest were little habits that do looksmin but obvs not a lot, fixing bad habits alone is obviously not gonna fix everything.

hmm interesting cause, I was obsessed with sleeping on my back too, but it doesn't do much tbh like people overexaggurate it

Mouth breathing is the worst habit for the majority
