Hello everyone.

I’m considering trying a med spa for the first time and would love some advice from people with experience. I’m mainly interested in treatments that improve skin texture, hydration, and overall appearance without looking overdone.

Options like HydraFacials, microneedling, laser treatments, Botox, and fillers all seem popular, but I’m unsure where a beginner should start.

How do you decide which treatments are actually worth it, and are consultations usually helpful in creating a personalized plan?

I’d also like to know about recovery times, costs, and how long results typically last. Which treatments gave you the most natural-looking improvement overall?

thanks in advance for any help

Hydrafacial first

Yeah I did hydrafacial and microdermabrasion and led red light therapy and light chemical peels. All this is done by the skin clinic for active acne

Gonna do microneedling and TCA chemical peels for scars
