i think lens distortion is cooking him but would need to take actual measurements with undistorted picture to determine best roi

Take a look at the n***a on the left, it would make him look even more like a monkey than he already does. Or am I looking at it wrong?

He clearly lacks anterior facial depth and his upper maxilla is extremely recessed. I think he would benefit from some type of midface implants like saddled infras and maybe custom midface implants. His nose is also sunken, which I assume is due to the lack of an anterior nasal spine.

The one he has is probably the short and rounded version. He would significantly benefit from some sort of implant to give it more projection.

Maybe something like this.

The before and afters are insane. I think this would be a much better choice than a straight LeFort I, which would give him maxillary prognathism lol.

His chin is clearly recessed, and that could easily be fixed with a genioplasty.
For the upper maxilla, we could advance it via saddled infras and maybe custom midface implants, or even go for a full blown LeFort II.

I think this would be perfect to advance the whole upper maxilla and midface, including the orbits.
That would fix his negative orbital vector. It's also done completely intraorally, so there are no external scars unlike a regular LeFort II.

He also needs forehead reduction, his forehead is huge as fuck.

i agree the unfortunate thing is it’s hard to know what would look better till after it’s done

custom implants i haven’t done too much research on, i do like your plan of attack a lot better then mine and genios tho
