ahh can you gimme like a summary? im at the doctor's office and dont have time to analyse everything.
get bloodwork (preferably) before you take supplements.

creatine: muscles/brain function
ashwagandha: works for stress for some people but may make others depressed, also known to cause kidney damage(?)
d3+k2 for bones/joints
omega3 for bones/heart/brain function
magnesium glycinate: sleep and muscle repair

(most common ones, everything else is on the reddit, or you can ask other members.)

Metformin and rapamycin in the same vein one would take magnesium.

People like to cope “muhhh ancillaries” as an excuse to wreck health without realizing you can just take the ancillaries without ruining your health in the first place.
