what can i do to fix my face ??

first of all, i think the main problem is you’re trying to force an aesthetic that doesn’t adhere to your blatant natural beauty.

you have more of a soft beauty, but are forcing a heavy makeup look and aesthetic, that’s sort of overkill. but back to improvements:

yes, clearly there is something you need to do regarding weight. you need to be in the gym 5-6 times a week if you’re serious, max incline, level 5 on speed, 2 hours straight. and you need to lift weights, not significantly, just to get a semi toned look, it’ll get rid of the loose fat that’s inevitable with losing weight.

you also are probably eating more than you think you are. if you’re serious, reduce your meals to two high protein meals per day whilst on your weight loss journey, preferably time them, 1 before your workout, and 1 no later than 2 hours after your workout.

and quite frankly, using ice on your face does nothing for losing weight, it’s just some pseudo self care tip that still prolongs for some reason.

i have been eating one meal a day for like a month now, i go to the gym every single day and my cardio routine is 15 incline and 3 speed for 30 mins and then jogging at low incline for another 30 mins. i see a difference everywhere else on my body besides my face

Are you sure? Your collarbones aren’t even visible, I highly doubt that. Here’s a chart:

ur right !! it’s probably 20-23 then
if you get to 18%, and your face doesn’t change you might just be more genetically inclined to hold fat in your face. if that’s the case, that’s not too bad as it makes you look more youthful long term.

if you really want it gone, consider buccal fat removal surgery. here’s some important information on it:
