I failed 480 on my last attempt for deadlift but it was only because my left leg moved, minus that I 100% could've hit 475 and have another comp this upcoming week

woah I meant i went from 205 to 196 over the span of a month, my strength was still pretty good, I weighed myself today and I weighed in at 197losing almost 10 lbs in a week, that was not a good clean water cut. basically just r**ed ur strength.
for ur next meet, do NOT repeat that shi. eat normally and if u need to make weight: water-load early week. u can do small water/sodium manipulation late. u want your CNS sharp.

well they don't test everyone it's just based on how well you do if they test you, but peptides, steroids, those sorts of things are banned by the powerlifting associationWdym? What do they test for?
