What can I use to grow my eyebrows? Everything except minoxidil.

Anything helps also need other glow up tips
I recommend using almond and peppermint oil, that will make a noticeable difference, and start going out, you look like you have lack of vitamin D

Can I use castor and rosemary oil at the same time for eyebrows? What order and when do I apply them? How long apart from each other or do I mix

yes thats exactly what you need. if you use rosemary oil on its own, it could irritate the skin so you need a carrier oil like castor oil, which also aids in hair growth. mix a couple of drops of rosemary oil into castor oil- 2:3 ratio. i usually apply after ive done my skin care at night. its the last step in my routine.
