So what type of diet do I need to follow if I'm trying to cut and debloat my face? I've been focusing on whole foods, recently increasing sodium, and I've been trying to do zero sodium zero carbs. Last night I had chicken breast, spinach, and black beans for dinner. The beans came from a can, so they were the main source of sodium. I didn't put any salt on the chicken or in the beans and spinach, I did use some different seasonings though. Is it safe for me to consume little to no sodium? I'm also trying to cut most carbs out. Mainly stuff like sugar, rice, bread, potatoes, pretty much just anything with little nutritional value. Is it safe for me to cut out carbs too? Doctors these days say so many things, you never really know who to trust, that's why my main focus is raw/natural foods because it's worked for humanity for millenia now. Also, one more thing I'm trying to do for my diet is consume more potassium for lowered water retention. I know bananas have potassium, but what other options do I have? Right now, my main goal is just to get a list for each food groups of foods I can eat, determine how often I can eat them, and determine what nutrients will be most important for me to get. Any help is greatly appreciated. Srz for formatting btw i'm on mobile
