I think Nofap itself won't do much you have to do others things like lifting, playing sports or reading with the time and energy you was wasting into masturbating, if you spend the time laying in your beedroom doing nothing you wont see much changes, practically none tbh.

I think Nofap is good to make your dopamine receptors come back to normality.
Also i don't think you even need to fap after a certain number of days, if your body really needs to release it you just would have a wet dream.
