What do you guys think the fix is to zero cheekbones

Please do
Options:

Fillers: are a good starting point, cheaper compared to fat graft or implants, lasts like up to 2 years, less risks besides migration, cheapest

Implants: good if you want a permanent solution, 5-10% risk of infection, recovery sounds rough, most expensive

Fat graft: in-between option, lasts longer than fillers but less than implants, seemed like a shitty option compared to the alternatives, price is in the middle

Also, buccal fat reduction/removal is option a good supplement IF you are a good candidate as it can help augment the ogee curve and cheekbones

Ur zygos aren’t that bad
Honestly I have the Brad Pitt situation my jaw is just very wide and makes the zygos look flat and 404’d in comparison, I have 97% bizygomatic to bigonial width

@Lemontree give solution if this helped

Not fillers, especially not for men

Fat grafting better for women too

Implants are expensive but ideal
