like ltn maybe maybe hltn if we’re really generous, after looking at you for a while i think it’s ur philitrum that’s the issue, it’s ridiculous long and gives u that obunga look

Yeah I’ve been told my philtrum is long but hopefully mouth correcting surgery or just lip lift will be enough

i think lip lift might make you look more feminine cause it makes ur lip more upturned, maddison beer had this surgery so ur top lip will look like hers. obviously not all results are the same there’s some nuances but yeah
