What food do you recommend?

Honestly, this is what worked best for me.

Medium fiber options, beans etc. I dropped grains as much as i could. Water ,with green tea, and black coffee. Mainly meats, always cooked because im not taking a risk with raw meat shit. i consume sugar but when im craving eat fruits, i rarely ever eat goyslop, and i skip breakfast most of the time.
I'm not saying that this is a perfect diet, i barely did research. But i seen a lot less bloating and my face is lean asf now.

Look into shit you want to eat and detail it out and try to find the cheapest options.

I can show you my face lean right now and maybe before where i was bloated, i don't gym either.
 
I need to improve my diet, what are some foods you recommend? I’m trying to follow the rule “If it didn’t exist 200 years ago, don’t eat it”
Water melon keeps you full and has fiber and also existed 200 years ago. People underestimate the cals tho
 
chickpeas, tabuli, and lebanese food. absolutely goated
Phytic acid speed run. Tastes good I can’t lie but nutritionally empty.

I made a pyramid a while ago. The ones on the top shouldn’t be mistaken as “Rarely eat” but rather never eat. What you should consume once or twice a week is oysters or liver,if you don’t like the taste you can put it in a smoothie it masks it good.
