I’m having a crisis and have lost all of my will to live. Now that i’m standing on the edge i would like to ask you guys:

the thought of one day having a family and spoiling my wife and kids with money and everything

But I would say my life fuel is travelling, my friends and my grandma, working so I can earn a lot of money, finding a nice wife and stuff like that

I was doing ok in life but am now struggling with mental health. I don’t think i’ll ever marry or have kids anymore because of this. I’ve been on survival mode for a while now and it’s very tiring. I have my first psychiatrist appointment soon but don’t have high expectations.

Psychiatrist aren’t even that bad tbh, you need to find an old lady they are cool trust haha. Besides that I had the same feelings and actually the main things that helped me was just starting convos with elders cause they have so much experience knowledge and they can tell you what live gives you bro, than you need an idol, mine are these rich Miami teenagers and that sounds stupid and childish but I traveled a lot and there is nothing nicer for me than standing on the balcony of an hotel at night and watching the lights of a big city (was in Shanghai btw) and try to build a passion (eg running or smth like that)
