What hair color would be the best for me

I have white asf skin rn , light green eyes . My natural hair colour is dark brown .
I did blonde then black then blond .
yesterday I tried to get highlights cause people told me I looked like wednesday adams and now it's orangy asf and I have like 10000 coloyrs in it and I paid 300 for this shit .

Would It be better to do a high contrast colour so super dark or low contrast ?
