Zero zero coke it was 3 kcal i think
2 cup of espresso like 15 kcal idk
1 bounty chocolate 278 kcal
2 chocolate coated cottage cheese stick 138kcal/per stuck
And i eat some strawberries that was like 110kcal
Some blueberries around 200g 115 kcal
Some meat 500kcal overall
Blue cheese 35g 125 kcal
1 muslie bar 130 kcal
cheese with garlic 150 kcal
2 yoghurt 200kcal
200g scone 680kcal

So overall 2582 kcal oh no 😟 i over eat today
We need to do more drastic calorie deficit bc no abs for the summer then

Any tips on how to meet caloric requirements? I sometimes mess up with my consistency and as a result stay twink like cuz I don't keep the mass
