I feel like the answers will be, for men, narrow, and for women, thin, but tbh I think the answer is thin for both. If someone can't imagine kissing you because of your lip density it's Joever.
 
@Grilldaddy83 I just looked at your photo, your lips don't look that thin, your lower lip is just much more prominent than upper.

Propaganda tbh. Think about it this way the wider the jaw the more masculine it is but at a certain point it's Unideal to psl standards + unappealing

thin lips i think. Narrow lips are bad but mostly just make the face look a little fatter. Can definitely be changed by muscle training but also thin lips make you look so much older, remove the filtrum on the upper lip.. uch

I see. Yeah that is a good point I suppose. Steve from Minecraft probably loses PSL due to too wide of a jaw.
 
@over0 brutal, I found the worst combo, thin AND narrow (in relation to nasal width)

narrow lips is worse. thin lips dont even look like a flaw as long as the philtrum isnt long
