our physiques aren't exactly the same but they're similar imo

You're slightly taller than my ex, and I'm 6"5. Though she was slimmer and more flat.

i have a short torso
with less room in my torso, my waist is bigger because there is less room for fat distribution all around lmfao

also considering my bmi is 20 and not something around 17-18 it is rare to have a waist thats 23 inch

appreciated!! my waist used to be shockingly smaller when i was a lower bmi so im trying to tone rn i could probably get to 22 what do u think

I'll be honest sis by the look of it, you don't look that fat so don't stress about starving or taking weight-loss drugs. Eat at a maintenance, get your proteins, fat and micronutrients.
Stay fit, stay healthy, you're also 15 so start life on a good base.

For a better physique just focus on lower body and core to increase appeal, and that's it.

You could try a steel boned corset. I've heard heard they're quite effective. It's just one inch so I'm certain it could go down.

i dont starve or take wl drugs

i do a lot of interval cardio rn and try to eat at 1k cals 100g protein
ive also started pilates, tva work and i do mild glute weight training + waist training

I swear ur good, u could always look better im around the same height and weight as u, id suggest just losing 2-3 kgs it shows so fast on short ppl, u could do workouts to get a more narrower waist bcs from the side ur already good but from the front u do look a bit wide thats my only suggestion but either way u look good imo
