What is the best diet for skinny guys ?

You should buy nuts and grind them, that way it's easier to digest, so do it's more convenient way to store them, and eat whether you're at school or somewhere. And it's high in calories.. peanuts, dates, pumpkin seeds, n beets, honey, milk, noodles... Eat them in quarters, and focus on calories mainly, be in surplus

Hovewer if you want to build some muscles, be in surplus + eat some proteins, just like eggs, (nuts agin but not all), and chicken, eggs are the cheapes, so i'd go with them
