No decently reputable surgeon would ever preform a lefort 2 for your case. atp just either get trimax with custom IOM implants (with someone like eppley). Or if your infraorbital is fine and has lots of fat you could get a high cut or even quadrangular lefort, but that makes it a lot harder to do implants in cheeks or infraorbitals later.
