Guide What looksmaxxing Supplements do you take daily?

I'm curious to learn about the daily supplements you incorporate into your routine to support your looksmaxxing aesthetic and self-improvement goals?
My main ones I’m on personally are Vitamin-D, magnesium, Ashwaganda, L-Theanine and Creatine. Definitely recommend the last two for your mood.

This is quite interesting, as I’ve researched Vitamin D, Magnesium, and Ashwagandha, all of which have demonstrated proven results in clinical studies.

L-Theanine is one I hadn’t considered before, but I’ll definitely look into it—thank you for mentioning it.

Could you share the dosages and frequency at which you take these supplements? Are they part of your regular routine, or do you take them occasionally?

Additionally, have you noticed any specific results or benefits from incorporating these into your regimen?

I take them all daily. Vitamin D 50ug, Ashwaganda 1200mg, Glucosamine Sulphate 1500mg (for height, I personally had gains, nothing super crazy), Magensium 1850mg, 1tsp of creatine (don’t measure it exactly, roughly one flat one), and 500mg of L-theanine. Particularly the last two have been the most beneficial.

Glucosamine just gives temp height gains. when you hop off they return to normal
Imma take it though, it keeps your morning height the same.
I think the rest supplements are garbage generally though

Yeah it makes sense, I’m cycling off most of those when I exhaust my supply. Only ones you should really take are the last two. Might as well keep talking glucosamine sulphate though since they last you forever and are pretty inexpensive.

Magnesium is an excellent choice, particularly if you avoid calcium supplements. I would advise against calcium supplementation due to concerns about its sourcing and potential effects on the pineal gland.

Do you find it tedious to search for and source individual supplements?

Wouldn't it be more convenient if daily supplements, specifically designed to support looksmaxxing goals, were available as a comprehensive product from a single brand, easily ordered and delivered?
I dont bother with 99% of them , I get all my micronutrients, macronutrients, and other necessary looksmaxxing things from food

That’s an excellent approach. However, many people struggle to maintain consistently optimal diets, which highlights the need for supplementation. I’m currently exploring ways to formulate supplements with the right types and dosages to genuinely make a positive impact on looksmaxxing goals.
