I’ve had this question for a pretty decently long time; how are we supposed to win in sleep?
Side Sleeping= Lack of Facial Symmetry
Sleeping on your back= Snoring, risk of sleep apnea, uncomfortable for people with a rear
Sleeping on stomach= Sore neck, reduced spine curve, uncomfortable for people with a chest
Fetal Position= May cause stiffness if curled up too tightly, and like side sleeping can cause a lack of symmetry
And as a follow up question, does anyone know if some of the symmetry problems caused by side sleeping can resolve in time? I’ve known quite a few people who get really angry about the effects sleeping on their side has had and honestly I’d be pretty interested in an answer even if I don’t sleep on my side.
And what about elevation? pillow? no pillow? whats the breakdown of that?
Thanks in advance!!
