I will do a thread on the chosen topic after a few days.
 
dietary guide could possibly be H2O unless it is something new and high iq
polyphasic sleeping is just napping throughout the day, for example 2 hours midday or 20 minute naps
so cycle

there is 20 minute naps for mental clarity, you can do a few times a day
then there is a 2 hour nap, midday or afternoon it is called a siesta in latin american countries, it helps w/ energy
