I think its really just lip size and width that nerfs, u already are mtn imo

the side is recessed so its below average, the front is pretty good tho! mostly because you have really good angularity and good harmony, high zygos but decent projection. dimo is fine. its really just the side because you have a flat maxilla and recessed orbitals (bad orbital vector). with good maxilla and orbitals you'd be htn easily
 
If I thicken my eyebrows and eyelashes, smooth and whiten my skin, plump my upper lip, and refine my nostrils, how many points do you think I'll get? Will that be enough?
