what should i eat to go into ketosis

so would you recoomend like one serving of rice per day/every two days
like how much should i eat of carbs
I don't think there's a point of any specific measurements

I'd say slow burning carbs = eat virtually everyday (potatoes, carrots, etc.)
Fast burning (fruit, juices, etc.) Use strategically for excercise. If you don't exercise then once every few days seems fine
 
If you want to enter ketosis you should eat less than 20g of carbs a day. Thus you now need to eat more fat, as it is your new source of energy. Try to eat a bit more fat than protein. Once you are completely fat adapted losing weight should be easy. Eating animals is the best of the best, because it is the food humans are adapted to for the longest time period. So try to eat much ruminant meat, butter, eggs and so on. And if you want you can fill the 20g of carbs with some other stuff as long as its not complete goyslop
